Refund Policy 
        	
        	Applicable products are refundable upon contacting the customer care (within 7 days) if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts, defective or different item from description on the product detail page on 
        	www.almasir.in.
          
            
            Refund will be processed only if:
            
            - it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
 
            - The product is not different from what was shipped to you;
 
            - The product is returned in original condition (with box, MRP tag intact, and all the product/products therein).
 
            - Products may not be eligible for refund in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect product ordered.
 
            - Please keep the item/items in its original condition, with outer box or case, and other accompaniments (if any) in packaging for a successful refund.
 
            - We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
 
            - In the event your order is rejected, a refund will be issued.
 
            - Issued refund may take up to 30 business days.
 
            - Refund will be credited in 7-10 working days in the original payment method and if replacement is approved the replacement product will be 
            delivered 7- 10 working days
